Christmas lights hang from Live Oak trees in the cistern yard at the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. The cistern yard has also been the setting for TV shows such as the Today Show, Anderson Cooper 360, The Colbert Report, The View and in movies such as The Patriot, The Notebook and Dear John. The College of Charleston was founded in 1770 and the is the oldest municipal college in the country.
