The Regional Command West (RC-West) Commander, Italian Brig. Gen. Alessandro Veltri, is interviewed by the Armed Forces Network (AFN) following the Change of Command Ceremony for the Farah Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT), March 13, 2010, Forward Operating Base (FOB) Farah, Afghanistan. There are a total of four PRTs under Gen. Veltri’s command and the Farah PRT is the only American ran PRT in the Italian battle space.
