Jacob Tyra, a CH-53E Super Stallion pilot assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 162 (Reinforced), 26th Marine Expeditonary Unit (MEU), conducts flight operations in the 5th fleet area of operations, June 10, 2018. The 26th MEU and IWO ARG are deployed to the 5th Fleet AO to support Maritime Security Operation to reassure partners and allies, preserve freedom of navigation, and freeflow of commerce.
