(Sept. 14, 2018) Command Master Chief Alonso Cadena, command master chief of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, gives remarks during a fiscal year 2019 chief petty officer pinning ceremony held on board Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu. Chief petty officers are the Navy’s technical experts and leaders, and attaining the rank is a major milestone for Navy Sailors.
