Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Kenyatta E. Cone addresses his fellow Marines and thanks them for helping him along the way to his current achievement after being presented the 2020 Manpower, Personnel and Administration Staff Noncommissioned Officer of the Year award March 25, 2021, at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina. Cone was the single-honored Marine out of 1,400 nominees.
