Two commercial fisherman work to right a raft as part of immersion suit training for a refresher course held at the Coast Guard Base Kodiak pool in Kodiak, Alaska, Jan. 11, 2020. The Alaska Marine Safety Education Association, or AMSEA, sends instructors to Base Kodiak and coordinates annually with air station personnel to provide water immersion suit training and de-watering pump operation training to better prepare the fishing fleet for potential hazards at sea.
