Staff Sgt. Carl Tate, of 1st Squadron, 98th Cavalry Regiment, surprised his three oldest children, Zoey, 7; Wyatt, 7; and , 5; at Enterprise Attendance Center in Lincoln County Feb. 28, 2019. Tate returned home from a year-long deployment with the 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team to Kuwait in support of Operation Spartan Shield last night.
