This is Bunker 132 of the so-called Buhlert group of intact German Siegfried Line bunkers on Buhlert Hill in the Eifel region of western Germany. The original instructions say: Rauchentwicklung bei Tage vermeiden Feststellschrauben anziehen. Avoid smoke development during day. Tighten adjustment screws.
