5 PORTLAND, Ore. (June 9, 2017) Vice Adm. Nora Tyson, commander of 3rd Fleet, greets Cmdr. Noah Bellringer, executive officer at Naval Recruiting District Portland, before a 3rd Fleet Reception held aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Bunker Hill (CG 52) during Portland Rose Festival Fleet Week 2017. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guard members from the and Canada making the city a port of call.
