A Hellenistic helmet of Pilos type, 4th century A bronze helmet with a conical domed bowl, a flattened crown, and a distinct high rim. No direct traces of a panache are discernible. However, soldering marks visible above the twin holes on each side of the bowl would once have secured two decorative medallions. In addition, a group of seven holes on top of the crown and some linear soldering marks to the right of it may indicate the former existence of a crest holder.
