Plant has 4,500 meters and 18,500 m of floor area. I designed the architect Rafael Scholarship with a budget of 18 million euros, using the old water tank installations Oviedo. The main hall and multipurpose can work together or separately, adding the two a capacity of 2,388 people. Under the multipurpose room is the living chamber, which has 400 seats and top are several conference rooms with almost 500 seats. One of the most care was the acoustics of the auditorium, which was responsible for the physical Higini Catalan Arau.
