There are no less than seventeen mineralsprings in or near the village, the strongest be-ing that which is enclosed in the grounds of theSpring-House. Its water contains bicarbonateand sulphate of magnesia and lime, sulphurettedhydrogen gas, and chloride of sodium and mag-nesia.
