First of all, two or three enthusiasts call a meeting of all those interestedin the welfare of the wild birds. This is done through the local paper, ifthere is one, or through the school children, or both, or in any other waywhich may be convenient. A special effort is made to have this meetingattended by the Superintendent of Schools, and as many principals, teachersand ministers as possible: this tends to impress the school children and.
