CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait — Eight Wounded Warriors participating in an Operation Proper Exit tour took part in a town hall event April 3, 2018. The event was the first stop in a week-long trip that returned the Soldiers to Afghanistan where they would have the opportunity to leave theater on their own terms.
