The Rosebery, London, United Kingdom. Architect: BuckleyGrayYeoman, 2013. Juxtaposition of adjoining facades.

Over time, the original building on Rosebery Avenue had become fragmented and was used for numerous different functions. BuckleyGrayYeoman’s design unifies and rationalises the internal space of the structure. The design also includes a new main entrance, stair and lift core for the building that links all levels, with two new floors added at 4th and 5th floor levels. These combined works make a new stylish 50,000 sq ft boutique Apart’hotel with 59 rooms.
