Moot Hall in Aldeburgh, a coastal town in Suffolk,is a timber framed Tudor building completed around 1550 and now Aldeburgh Museum, Suffolk, England


Moot Hall built around 1550 is a timber framed brick building and is now home to the Aldeburgh town gets its name from Alde and burgh meaning 'old fort'. The Tudor port was given borough status and in those days several famous vessels including Sir Francis Drake's Golden Hind were built by local shipbuilders.
