AIDS VIRUS INFECTION, DRAWING

Replication of a retroviral virus. Representation of the penetration and replication of a retrovirus (as the one of aids) in a host-cell. The virus penetrates in the cell, its RNA is retrotranscripted in DNA which integrates to the one of the host-cell ; this compels the latter to make the constituents of the virus (proteins and DNA). These elements gather to the surface of the host-cell to form new viruses in large quantity that will invade the host-organism.
