BROKEN TENDER TRUCK a journal is broken outside or inside of the wheel,a tie or frog should be placed in a slanting position oneach side, under the tank truck boxes or the truck frameof the broken journal. By moving the engine, both sidescan be skidded up at the same time. When the truckframe is raised sufficiently, an oak tie should be placedon top of the rails and under both sides of the truckframe
