FORT IRWIN, Calif. – Acting Secretary of the Army, the Hon. Robert M. Speer, joins Troopers of 1st Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, for lunch during his visit to the National Training Center and Fort Irwin, April 8, 2017. Speer had the opportunity to observe the training and its resources during his visit, as well as have lunch with Troopers from the Blackhorse Regiment, NTC’s opposition force.
