VILLALBA, Puerto Rico – FEMA Corps member Brianna Poulin, from Colchester, CT, delivers water to a remote mountain residence in the Villalba municipality. Working in coordination with local government officials, FEMA workers delivered more than 200 boxes of food and 300 cases of water to residents of the Caonillas Abajo neighborhood on Nov. 25.
