Lt. Gen. Todd Semonite, USACE Commanding General, visited parts of the Portland District, Army Corps of Engineers, July 26. He met with members of the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association during a working lunch, inspected a levee sponsored by the Multnomah County Drainage District, toured Portland Distirct's Moorings facility and toured Portland's VA Hospital.
