A recruit from Fox Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, climbs over a wall during Confidence Course I at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, June 4. Recruits had a running start to successfully scale the wall. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Fox Company is scheduled to graduate Aug. 10.
