He served thisCompany for many years as engineer andcontimied in the service until advancing agecaused him to relinciuish the throttle. Threesons, engineer J. W. Zepp, conductor AndrewZepp, and conductor J. Albert Ze])p, are per-petuating his years of faithful service to ourroad. The funeral took place on January 12. Mrs. Emma Elizabeth Hartley, the wife ofretired conductor James Hartley, died at herhome in this city on January 14. Mrs. Hartleywas a member of the Ladies of theOrder of Railway Conductors.
