The colors for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 10th Field Hospital, 627th Hospital Center, were uncased during a welcome home ceremony at the William “Bill” Reed Special Events Center on Feb. 21, 2019, at Fort Carson, Colorado. The uncasing ceremony represents the end of the units' overseas mission. The 627th HC soldiers returned after a nine-month deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
