Massive weight loss in a 61-year-old male patient. This patient has large folds of excess skin as a result of losing over 76 kilos (12 stone) in weight. Skin friction has resulted in soreness in the skin creases near the groin. The excess skin is due to be surgically removed in a procedure known as abdominoplasty.
