Weston Solmonson waits for the start of the Halloween costume contest during the Army Forces Command and Army Reserve Command Fall Festival, Oct. 25, 2013, hosted by the FORSCOM-USARC Special Troops Battalion. The after-hours festival was a good way for FORSCOM-USARC soldiers and civilians to come together and celebrate the start of the fall season.
