Olive Swezy (born 1878), US zoologist. Swezy worked at the Scripps Institute and the University of California, where she took her degrees, culminating in her doctorate in 1915. Those she worked with included US zoologist Charles Atwood Kofoid, with whom she carried out research on dinoflagellates. They co-authored 'The free-living unarmored dinoflagellata' (1921). Her later research included studies of the ovarian chromosome cycle (1929).
