Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Director William Lietzau presents the DCSA Program Executive Office (PEO) Charter certificate to Jeffrey Smith at a ceremony held Nov. 15 in DCSA's Quantico, Va., headquarters to recognize and authorize Smith as the PEO’s second executive officer. As PEO, Smith maintains the DCSA perspective in managing programs and apprise agency leaders of program status while providing oversight and leadership over the portfolio of DCSA information technology system acquisition programs.
