Sgt. Andrew J. Newcomb, a native of Orfordville, Wis., and mechanic shop foreman with Task Force Lifeliner, demonstrates how to properly layout snow chains prior to attaching them on a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled vehicle tires as part of winter training class, Oct. 26, 2013, at Bagram Air Field, Parwan province, Afghanistan. This training teaches the Soldiers how to properly put snow chains on tires and how to operate their vehicles in cold weather conditions.
