Brian Sittlow, commodore of Submarine Squadron 4, salutes the side boys as he departs following the conclusion of a change of command ceremony for USS Montpelier (SSN 765). Cmdr. Roderick Hodges relieved Capt. Todd Moore as commanding officer of Montpelier during the event.
