THEOULE-SUR-MER, France (August 13, 2013) – Operations Specialist 3rd Class Kelton Harvey, a Sailor stationed on board the amphibious command ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20), raises command pennants as the ship arrives in Theoule-sur-Mer, France, to participate in the 69th anniversary celebration of allied troops landing in Provence during World War II. This visit serves to continue 6th Fleet efforts to build global maritime partnerships with European nations and improve maritime safety and security.
