In Febru-ary, 1887, a new structure was completed at a costof §150,000. Two normal courses of instructionare given—classical and scientific—each extend-ing over a period of four years. The conditionsof admission require that the pupil shall be 16years of age, and shall possess the qualificationsenabling him to pass examination for a second-grade teachers certificate.
