Members of the 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and the 59th Medical Wing welcome an aeromedical evacuation patient Oct. 1, 2017, at St. Croix, Virgin Islands. A C-130J assigned to Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., transported personnel from the 375th AES, 43rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and a 59th Medical Wing Critical Care Air Transport Team to pick up aeromedical evacuee patients as well as deliver cargo.
