King Luis I of Spain when the Prince of Asturias. Luis Felipe, 1707-1724. Known as el Bien Amado, the Well Loved, or el Liberal, the Liberal, he became the shortest reigning king in Spanish history, dying of smallpox just seven months into his reign.
