King Willem-Alexander visits the ‘Volvo Ocean Race 2017-2018 village’ in Scheveningen Harbour, The Hague, The Netherlands. Friday 29th June, 2018. King Willem-Alexander, met all 7 skippers and Dutch sailors who participated in the race. The King also met the Chinese Dongfeng winning team and was shown the ‘Volvo Ocean Race’ Trophy. was joined by Dutch skipper Bouwe Bekking and his crew on board ‘Team Brunel’ for the first Pro Am Race of the day.
