A cased pair of percussion pistols, William Moore & Co, London, circa 1860 Heavy and smooth, octagonal Damascus barrels in 12 mm calibre with patent breechblocks. The snails decorated with silver bands, "W M & Co" inscribed on the upper sides of the barrels. Florally engraved percussion locks with cock safeties and single set triggers. Smooth walnut stocks with chequered butts and iron furnitures engraved en suite and partially burnished. Length of each pistol 41 cm.
