Army Spc. Gavin Winkler, a heavy truck operator assigned to the 719th Composite Truck Company, appears before the board while representing his company in the 369th Special Troops Battalion for the title of Best Warrior for the 2022 season during a competition held at Camp Smith Training Site, and Joint Base McGuire–Dix–Lakehurst, , July 12-14, 2021. The winning junior enlisted Soldier and non-commissioned officer advance for the opportunity to compete and represent the New York Army National Guard.
