WHEN TO SPRAY THE GARDEN ROSES AND HOW Dates based on an average season in NewYork [Allow four days difference for everyhundred miles of latitude]. Use the insecticides and fungicides at thefollowing strengths: Sulphide of potassium in a solution of one-half ounce to one gallon of water. Arsenate of lead, five pounds to fifty gallonsof water.
