It is not true that they are thecreatures of neglect, but they are certainly thefruits of neglect. WHEN TO SPRAY THE GARDEN ROSES AND HOW Dates based on an average season in NewYork [Allow four days difference for everyhundred miles of latitude]. Use the insecticides and fungicides at thefollowing strengths: Sulphide of potassium in a solution of one-half ounce to one gallon of water. Arsenate of lead, five pounds to fifty gallonsof water.
