A flamingo chick is seen trying to fly during a drive to control, evaluate and identify flamingo chicks for their conservation at Fuente de Piedra Lake in Malaga. This lagoon is a natural reserve breeding ground for flamingos. In this year 600 flamingo chicks were tagged with the assistance of more than 500 volunteers.
