Fat in food. A collection of foods which have a high content of saturated fats. They are (clockwise from top left): cheese, cheesecake, crisps and pork pie. The worst offender, a frying pan, appears at centre - the word 'FAT' inscribed in its contents. Saturated fats are the curse of a Western diet, and can cause heart disease, atherosclerosis, diabetes and other disorders.
