19/02/13 Coved in bright yellow pollen bees get busy pollenating crocuses which have finally bloomed two weeks later than expected at The University of Leicester Botanic Garden in Oadby, Leicestershire. The flowers only open when the sun shines on them. After the fog lifted today many of the the crocuses only began to open at midday giving the bees only a few hours to get their work done.
