ROYAL AIR FORCE COASTAL COMMAND, 1939-1945. - Pilots of No. 320 (Dutch), or 321 (Dutch) Squadron RAF walk to their Avro Anson Mark Is at Carew Cheriton, Pembrokeshire. Both Squadrons were formed on 1 June 1940 from members of the Royal Netherlands Naval Air Service who had escaped to the United Kingdom after the invasion of Holland. 320 Squadron, based at Leuchars, Fife, became linked with 321 Squadron, who were already flying Ansons at Carew Cheriton, and who provided 320 Squadron with aircrews. One Anson in the background still bears the unit code letters ('OY') of No. 48 Squadron RAF, with
