Coast Guard recruits in the College Student Pre-Commissioning Initiative program attend a class at Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, , taught by Lt. Aarica Carrington, the base’s instruction and testing officer, to discuss officer specialties and learn about CSPI program expectations prior to their graduation from recruit training, July 15, 2022.
