Air Force Tech. Sgt. Joseph Derr works with a contractor to fix an Armed Forces Television satellite Sept. 6, at Camp Tombstone located in the Helmand province of Afghanistan. Derr is a broadcaster deployed from Scott Air Force Base, Ill., to the NATO Training Mission - Afghanistan's Mobile Public Affairs Advisory Team, which is designed to advise and train the Afghan National Army and Police in public affairs operations.
