18/12/10 Today Photo ..Laden with Christmas cards, postman, Phil Bramble (20) is seemingly unfazed by the weather as he delivers mail in the snow wearing shorts and trainers in Horndean, Hampshire. He said: "It's not that cold - I wear shorts all year round - nothing stops me. The Royal Mail issued us with snow chains for our shoes but they only had one left for me this morning.
