Medieval Paphos (Pafos) Castle dominates the city's harbour on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus.


Paphos Castle (also known as the Medieval Fort of Paphos) dominates the harbour. It was originally built in Byzantine times to protect the harbour, dismantled by the Venetians in 1570 and rebuilt again in the 16th century by the Ottomans.
