Jells Park Lake, in Wheelers Hill, Victoria, has a few of these viewing platforms around the shore. There are usually lots of water birds to see.

Jells Park Lake was created to stop Dandenong Creek flooding Ferntree Gully Road after heavy rain. It's become a very popular attraction.
