JOSEPH RODGERS .SHEFFIELD’S MOST FAMOUS KNIFE MAKER - 1930 photo of the Norfolk Sportsman's knife containing 75 blades. . Also known as the Year Knife because new blade was added for each year of its production. The Norfolk Knife, made for The Great Exhibition of 1851, took two years to complete and featured blades with etchings of Queen Victoria, Chatsworth House and The White House amongst other famous images.
