CHICAGO, Ill. (March 7, 2019) Rear Adm. Terry Moulton, deputy surgeon general for Navy medicine, is welcomed aboard by the sideboys for a tour of Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center. Lovell FHCC is the first-of-its-kind, and only, health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs medical care in to a single combined mission.
