One of seven famous Stalin era sky scrapers in Moscow (stalinka), the building of Russia's Foriegn Ministry office, symbol of Russia's international influence. To the right of MID (Russia's Foreign Ministry, stands for Ministerstvo Inostrannyh Del), popular hotel Golden Ring. The building of the foreign ministry is located on Smolenskaya Square on Russia's Garden Ring motor way. Traffic jam on the right side of the road slowly moves from Kievsky train station.
